The Human Capital HR Coordinator is responsible for supporting and coordinating essential Human Resources functions and programs across the organization. The role provides comprehensive administrative and operational support across employee onboarding, immigration and visa requirements, payroll coordination, employee benefits, HR systems, employee relations and HR reporting. The HR Coordinator serves as a key point of contact for employees and management ensuring HR processes are delivered efficiently, accurately and in accordance with organizational policies and applicable UAE employment and labor requirements. The position also contributes to maintaining a positive and supportive work environment by addressing employee concerns, facilitating effective communication, protecting confidential information and supporting continuous improvement of HR services and processes.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage and support Human Resources administration employee onboarding and related HR activities throughout the employee lifecycle
- Serve as the primary point of contact for visa immigration and new joiner requirements
- Liaise with the PRO and relevant government authorities where required on immigration and employment-related matters and provide the necessary documentation
- Coordinate with the IT Department to ensure new joiners receive required email accounts, laptops, access rights, equipment and other IT resources
- Stay current with applicable employment laws, HR policies, procedures, regulations and training requirements
- Assist with the orientation and induction of new employees and ensure they receive relevant information regarding organizational policies, procedures, systems and workplace requirements
- Prepare and draft HR-related correspondence letters, certificates and other documentation requested by employees or management
- Support and provide training to new employees on Human Resources processes, programs, policies, procedures and information systems
- Assist and support management in handling and resolving Human Resources issues, employee concerns and workplace matters in accordance with established policies and procedures
- Coordinate with the Finance Department to process and maintain accurate payroll records in accordance with approved policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensure the integrity of HR information within the ERP and HR systems
- Coordinate with insurance providers regarding employee insurance coverage enrollment updates and related employee requirements
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and employees while supporting the HR team in achieving organizational goals and addressing employee concerns
- Conduct employee orientations academic or organizational tours onboarding activities and related induction programs for new hires
- Ensure employee records and HR documentation are updated accurately following onboarding employee movements and other relevant changes
- Organize and manage agendas meetings and administrative activities related to HR matters
- Prepare and submit timely HR reports metrics updates and other management information relating to general HR activities
- Support the administration and implementation of HR programs policies procedures and initiatives
- Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion in all HR-related matters particularly workplace investigations, employee performance issues, disciplinary actions, compensation benefits and personal information
- Identify opportunities to improve HR administrative processes, employee services and operational efficiency
- Perform other related duties within the scope of the position as assigned by the line manager
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven professional experience in an HR Coordinator, HR Administrator, or comparable Human Resources role.
- Demonstrated experience supporting HR administration, onboarding, employee records, payroll coordination, employee benefits, and HR processes.
- Experience coordinating visa, immigration, and new employee requirements within the UAE would be an advantage.
- SHRM, CIPD, or another recognized Human Resources certification is an advantage.
- Demonstrated commitment to professional development and continuous learning in Human Resources.
- Experience working with HRIS, ERP, or employee information systems; experience with systems such as Oracle Fusion would be an advantage.

- Fluency in both written and verbal English and Arabic.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Human Resources policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Good knowledge of UAE employment and labor laws and their practical application in HR processes.
- Ability to handle sensitive employee and organizational information with a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
- Demonstrable understanding and experience in HR metrics, reporting, and maintaining accurate HR information.
- Familiarity with HR information systems, databases, ERP systems and digital HR platforms.

- Strong administrative, organizational and documentation skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
