Nirvana Travel & Tourism L.L.C. is seeking a hands-on HR professional to manage end-to-end employee lifecycle, from onboarding and contracts to inductions and status updates, in a fast-paced environment.
You will handle HR administration, attendance, payroll support, employee relations, compliance, reporting, and system improvements, leveraging UAE Labour Law knowledge to maintain accurate records and support workforce planning. Bachelor’s degree required; 2–3 years’ UAE HR experience preferred.
Coordinate employee onboarding activities including preparation of employment contracts joining documentation and induction programs Manage employee confirmations transfers promotions role changes and employee status updates Process employee separations including resignations terminations exit interviews and clearance procedures Maintain accurate employee records and personnel files
Prepare HR letters and documentation including salary certificates employment certificates NOCs visa letters and other HR-related correspondence Update and maintain employee information in the HRIS system Ensure proper filing and confidentiality of employee records and documents Monitor document validity including passports visas Emirates IDs labor cards and work permits
Administer employee leave requests and maintain leave records Monitor attendance absenteeism lateness and related reports Coordinate with department managers regarding attendance discrepancies Prepare monthly attendance reports for payroll processing
Coordinate payroll inputs including attendance records overtime leave deductions allowances incentives and salary adjustments Verify payroll-related data accuracy before processing Support payroll reconciliation and respond to employee payroll queries Ensure timely submission of payroll information to finance or payroll service providers
Serve as the first point of contact for routine employee queries related to HR policies and procedures Assist in addressing employee concerns and escalating matters when required Support employee engagement and wellness initiatives Facilitate communication between employees and management on HR-related matters
Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and applicable labor laws Assist in maintaining and updating HR policies forms and procedures Support internal and external audits by preparing HR documentation and reports Ensure confidentiality and security of employee information
Generate regular HR reports and dashboards related to headcount turnover leave balances attendance and manpower movements Maintain accurate HR data and support workforce planning initiatives Prepare management reports and HR metrics as required
Support HRIS administration and data integrity Identify opportunities to improve HR operational processes and employee experience Participate in HR projects and process automation initiatives
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, providing a solid foundation for HR practices.
At least 2-3 years of relevant HR experience in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating adaptability and problem-solving skills.
Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, CHRP) is preferred, showcasing a commitment to professional development and expertise.
Experience in employee relations and conflict resolution, highlighting the ability to navigate complex interpersonal dynamics.
Knowledge of UAE Labor Law and HR best practices is advantageous.
