• Experience in learning and development performance management and succession planning.
• Previous roles as Senior HR Officer/Senior HR Executive/HR Supervisor/Assistant HR Manager.
• Good knowledge of UAE employment practices.
• UAE or GCC experience strongly preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing FMCG or large multi-department organisations is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with SAP HCM and other HRIS.
• Advanced MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong communication, reporting and stakeholder-management skills.
• Good written and spoken English; Arabic is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from manpower requests to interviews and offers.

• Coordinate Training Needs Analysis, training calendar, budget and records.

• Arrange business travel per policies and budgets.
• Prepare HR letters and guidance on HR policies and procedures.

We are hiring an experienced Assistant HR Manager for a well-established organisation in the UAE.

This is a hands-on generalist role with a strong focus on recruitment onboarding talent development and day-to-day HR operations. The successful candidate will work closely with department heads employees and external service providers.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage the complete recruitment process from manpower requests and candidate sourcing to interviews selection and offer coordination.
• Work with department heads to understand hiring needs and build talent pipelines.
• Manage pre-employment documents joining formalities employee induction and probation follow-up.
• Coordinate the annual Training Needs Analysis training calendar budget and training records.
• Support succession planning employee development plans and readiness assessments for critical positions.
• Coordinate the performance appraisal process including goal setting KPI tracking and completion reports.
• Manage employee medical insurance including additions deletions amendments renewals and employee enquiries.
• Coordinate business travel arrangements in line with company policies and approved budgets.
• Prepare HR letters and provide employees with guidance on HR policies and procedures.
• Maintain employee records HR trackers dashboards and SAP HCM/HRIS data.
• Prepare monthly quarterly and annual HR reports.
• Support HR projects policy reviews audits and governance requirements.

RequirementsTo be considered for this role you need to meet the following criteria:

• acherors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 68 years of progressive HR experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in talent acquisition and HR operations.
• Experience in learning and development performance management and succession planning.
• Previous experience as a Senior HR Officer Senior HR Executive HR Supervisor or Assistant HR Manager.
• Good knowledge of UAE employment practices.
• UAE or GCC experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing FMCG or another large multi-department organisation is an advantage.
• Hands-on experience with SAP HCM and other HRIS platforms is strongly preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel Word and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong communication reporting and stakeholder-management skills.
• Good written and spoken English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Able to handle confidential information and work independently under tight deadlines.
