Job summary

TalentsTide is recruiting an HR Business Partner (Emirati) for a prestigious government entity in Dubai. You will partner with business leaders to deliver strategic and operational HR support across multiple functions.

The role requires a hands-on generalist with a strong UAE labor market understanding, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to drive people initiatives that align with organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• Emirati with Family Book.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in at least 2–3 core HR functions.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices and employee lifecycle management.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in a government or semi-government environment is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage Performance Management processes and outcomes.

• Contribute to Organizational Development and change management initiatives.
• Shape Compensation & Benefits discussions and policy guidance.
• Manage HR Operations and data accuracy across HR systems.
• Provide guidance on HR policies, employee lifecycle, and workforce planning.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement people strategies that align with business objectives.
