Job summary

Interpolitan Money Limited. is seeking a hands-on Marketing Revenue Operations Manager to own and scale HubSpot as the commercial engine across the UK, UAE, India and Canada.

You will build, optimise workflows, lead scoring, data architecture and integrations to drive pipeline and revenue. The role focuses on aligning Marketing, Sales and Client Services with GTM launches, multi-market operations and robust reporting, while growing into a broader RevOps leadership function as the business scales

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations or Marketing Automation.
• Hands-on HubSpot experience (minimum 4+ years) across Marketing and Sales Hubs.
• Deep knowledge of HubSpot workflows, lead scoring, properties, and integrations.
• Strong CRM architecture, lifecycle management and attribution modelling.
• Experience building marketing dashboards for leadership.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics and Tag Manager.

Responsibilities

• Own HubSpot platform end-to-end across Marketing, Sales, Service and Operations Hubs; build scalable workflows and data architecture.
• Develop lead lifecycle framework (MQL/SQL/SAL) and routing rules; implement attribution from sources to conversion.
• Design, build and optimize automated nurture campaigns and segmentation strategies.
• Support pipeline development and sales enablement; optimize CRM workflows, deal stages and forecasting.
• Own conversion rate optimization across digital touchpoints and landing pages; ensure regulatory compliance in communications.
