Job summary

Interpolitan Money is seeking a hands-on Marketing Revenue Operations Manager to own and scale HubSpot as the commercial engine across the UK, UAE, India and Canada. You will design workflows, manage integrations and drive pipeline with Marketing, Sales and Client Services.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years' experience in Marketing Operations or RevOps.
• 4+ years of hands-on HubSpot experience across Marketing Hub and Sales Hub.
• Deep knowledge of HubSpot workflows, lead scoring, custom properties, objects and integrations.
• Strong CRM architecture, lead lifecycle management and attribution modelling.
• Experience building commercial dashboards and reporting for marketing and senior stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager; paid advertising platform tracking.
• Valid UAE work authorisation.

Responsibilities

• HubSpot Platform Ownership across Marketing, Sales, Service and Operations hubs.
• Build, maintain and optimise complex workflows, automations and lead scoring models.
• Develop custom properties and data architecture for multi-market operations.
• Manage integrations, API connections and third‑party app management.
• Ensure data hygiene, deduplication and governance across the platform.
• Drive HubSpot adoption and best practice across Marketing, Sales and Client Services.
• Support GTM activity for new market and product launches, ensuring CRM readiness.
• Build and maintain a lead lifecycle framework covering MQL, SQL and SAL.
• Create and optimise lead scoring models and routing; implement UTM tagging.
• Design automated prospecting and nurture campaigns across the customer journey.
• Build dashboards tracking pipeline, revenue attribution and campaign ROI.
• Embed AI and automation to improve productivity and performance.
