Job summary

Interpolitan Money, a private wealth and cross-border fintech, seeks a Marketing Revenue Operations Manager focused on HubSpot to unify Marketing, Sales and Client Services across UK, UAE, India and Canada.

The role owns HubSpot end-to-end, builds lead scoring, automations and integrations, and partners with GTM teams to drive pipeline and revenue. Strong data-driven, cross-market experience is essential.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in Marketing Operations, Revenue Ops, CRM or Marketing Automation.
• 4+ years HubSpot experience across Marketing Hub and Sales Hub.
• Deep knowledge of HubSpot workflows, lead scoring, integrations.
• Strong data-driven, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own HubSpot end-to-end across hubs and workflows.
• Lead management, MQL/SQL/SAL definitions and routing.
• Design automated prospecting and nurture campaigns.
• Optimize CRM workflows, deal stages and pipeline management.
• Build dashboards tracking ROI and pipeline contribution.
• Ensure FCA/GDPR compliance in communications.
