Job summary

Michael Page is recruiting a Product Manager to lead a pivotal CRM transformation centred on HubSpot for a global education network. You will partner with senior stakeholders to shape CRM strategy, drive adoption, and deliver business value at scale.

You will manage migrations from Microsoft Dynamics to HubSpot, define priorities with sales, admissions and IT, and own roadmaps and governance for a scalable operating model across regions.

Qualifications

• Proven CRM product management experience.
• Experience leading CRM transformation initiatives across regions.
• Ability to balance business needs with stakeholder expectations and IT constraints.
• Commercially minded and adaptable to fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global rollout and migration programme from Microsoft Dynamics CRM to HubSpot across an international network of schools.
• Partner with senior business leaders across sales, admissions, parent experience, and integration functions to define CRM priorities and solutions.
• Own CRM product decisions, balancing business requirements, stakeholder expectations, and strategic objectives.
• Drive requirements gathering, roadmap planning, and delivery governance while working closely with technical and IT teams.
• Support the development of a scalable global CRM operating model, helping establish best practice, adoption, and process standardisation.
