This leadership role blends field execution with strategic vision to meet activation and performance targets while upholding delivery standards.

You will coach, mentor, and drive results, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with Operations, Last Mile, and Program teams to resolve issues and scale the program across territories

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of ADEs, ensuring consistent execution of Amazon's Hub Delivery model
• Provide hands-on coaching in prospecting, onboarding, and performance management
• Foster a culture of accountability, commitment, and field excellence
• Monitor team KPIs across operations, activation, and delivery quality
• Identify systemic issues within territories and implement corrective action plans
• Partner with Operations, Last Mile, and Program teams to resolve systemic issues impacting delivery quality
• Provide consolidated field insights to improve program design, partner experience, and scalability
