Job summary

Amazon UAE is seeking an Account Manager for the Hub Delivery team to manage relationships with Hub Store partners, drive performance metrics, and oversee day-to-day hub operations in our Last Mile network.

You will analyze data, identify optimization opportunities, ensure safety and process compliance with On-The-Road and Station Managers, and coach stores to scale with expansion. Fluency in English and a Bachelor's degree are required, and strong Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with Excel.
• Experience analyzing data and performance drivers.
• Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing).

Responsibilities

• Manage Hub Store relationships and ensure compliance to protect Amazon's brand.
• Monitor and improve KPIs by analyzing data and implementing actions.
• Partner with OTR Safety and Station Managers for safety and Last Mile processes.
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement improvements at network and store levels.
