• Manage HR administration and employee records.
• Handle employee accommodation-related coordination.
• Support UAE labour compliance and HR documentation.
• Coordinate employee health and safety requirements.
• Handle employee support and HR-related queries.
• Assist with internal and external audits.
• Implement and maintain HR policies and SOPs.
• Coordinate internal and external communications.
• Prepare and maintain HR reports using MS Office and HRIS.
• Maintain accurate employee documentation and records.
