Job summary

KMJ Properties in Dubai is seeking an HR & Talent Acquisition Executive to build a strong, high-performing team. You will lead recruitment, onboarding, and HR process development in a fast-growing real estate environment.

You will coordinate interviews, manage employee records, benefits, leave, and engagement initiatives while maintaining UAE labor compliance. A degree in HR or business and 1–3 years' experience are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates.
• Post job ads on platforms and social media.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates.
• Support onboarding of new employees and join processes.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Assist with offers, contracts, and HR-related correspondence.
• Support benefits, leave, and attendance tracking.
• Help implement HR policies and foster positive culture.
