Job summary

MAYAK REAL ESTATE is seeking an Recruiter Assistant (HR) to support the talent acquisition process in our Dubai office. The role focuses on sourcing candidates, posting vacancies, coordinating interviews with department heads and the HR Director, and maintaining candidate databases.

Ideal candidates will have 1 year of recruiting or HR experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle large volumes of information in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Has experience as a recruiter or HR manager for 1 year.
• Experience handling large volumes of information.
• Basic knowledge of labour law in Dubai.
• Interviewing skills and people assessment.

Responsibilities

• Active search for personnel.
• Posting vacancies on job sites and social networks.
• Organization of interviews with department heads and HR Director.
• Maintaining a database of potential candidates.
• Providing feedback to candidates.
• Writing a report to the HR manager at the end of the month.
