Job summary

KMJ Properties in Dubai is seeking an HR & Talent Acquisition Executive to build a strong, high-performing team. You will lead recruitment, onboarding, and HR process development in a fast-growing real estate environment.

You will coordinate interviews, manage employee records, benefits, leave, and engagement initiatives while maintaining UAE labor compliance. A degree in HR or business and 1–3 years' experience are preferred.

This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys recruitment, employee engagement, and creating HR processes in a dynamic and fast-growing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various positions within the company.
• Post job advertisements on recruitment platforms and social media channels.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Support the onboarding of new employees and ensure a smooth joining experience.

Human Resources

• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and HR-related correspondence.
• Assist in managing employee benefits, leave records, and attendance tracking to ensure compliance with company policies.
• Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Foster a positive company culture by organizing team-building activities and addressing employee inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
• Organize team-building activities and initiatives to foster a positive company culture.
• Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Coordinate with external service providers and government-related entities when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of HR, recruitment, or administrative
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management software.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of UAE labor laws is an advantage.
• Real estate industry experience is preferred but not mandatory.
