Solid understanding of HR practices and UAE labour laws.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience with developing HR policies and managing employee relations.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the recruitment process for Real Estate agents, from sourcing to onboarding.
Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract and hire top talent.
Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidates’ suitability.
Provide guidance on compensation, benefits, and employee relations matters.
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures tailored to the Real Estate industry.
Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and regulations.
Handle employee relations issues and resolve conflicts as they arise.
Maintain accurate and updated HR records and documentation.
Monitor and report on HR metrics, such as turnover rates and recruitment KPIs.
Collaborate with management to understand and address HR-related needs and challenges.
