Job summary

Lenovo in Dubai is seeking an HR Student Assistant to support the HR team across administration, lifecycle processes, recruitment coordination, reporting, and employee engagement initiatives.

You will gain hands-on experience by working closely with HR Business Partners and business stakeholders, contributing to onboarding, documentation, and HR systems management while learning about performance management and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's degree in HR/BA/Psychology or related field.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Professional, reliable, and able to manage confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Support HR Business Partners with daily administrative and coordination activities.
• Maintain accurate employee records and handle confidential information with discretion.
• Assist with onboarding, offboarding, employee transfers, promotions and other employment changes.
• Coordinate new hire documentation and orientation schedules.
• Update and maintain HR systems, databases and personnel records.
• Support HR reporting, data validation, analytics and HR metrics tracking.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates and hiring managers.
• Organize employee engagement activities, training sessions, workshops and HR events.
• Assist with HR communications, policy updates and document management.
• Respond to routine employee HR inquiries and ensure timely support.
• Support compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
• Contribute to HR projects and initiatives across different business functions.
