Job summary

Etihad Engineering is seeking an HR Specialist to plan, execute, and evaluate HR processes and events that boost employee performance, development, and culture. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align HR activities with the company's strategic goals and enhance the overall employee experience.

Key duties include implementing performance management, engagement programs, training initiatives, and wellness activities; preparing reports for HR leadership; and organizing HR events

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in HR.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
