Responsibilities

• Assists in executing HR strategy and core HR areas including Recruitment, Employee Relations, Payroll, and HR systems.
• Provides leadership, support and development to HR staff to share best practices.
• Prepares performance scorecards for staff aligned with business strategy.
• Manages headcount and oversees Emiratization targets to meet regulatory goals.
• Oversees CV sourcing and recruitment/exit formalities for the bank.
• Ensures HR reports to HO and regulatory bodies are accurate and timely.
• Monitors visa and Labor card renewals and coordinates with PRO to avoid delays.

Job description

The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.

Responsibilities

• Assists in the execution of the HR Strategy and core areas of the HR department including Recruitment, Employee Relations, Workforce Administration, Employee Engagement, Payroll, Reward and Recognition, as well as maintaining and improving HR systems and management of the HR budget.
• Provide professional leadership, support and development to HR staff, in order to increase knowledge, share best practice and to ensure that relevant professional standards are met.
• Assists and prepares the performance scorecards for all staff in line with business strategy & business plan. Such plan is in co-ordination with the relevant Heads of Department and Management
• In charge of the organization Headcount
• Sources CVs to meet Emiratization and business target.
• In charge of the bank’s recruitment and exit formalities.
• Ensures the Bank is meeting Emiratization target as per Central Bank of U.A.E.
• Follows up related issues of training courses, seminars, conferences with co-ordination of Head of Departments.
• Submits the required reporting of the department such as (HR reports to HO, CBUAE, EIBFS, etc…) within the time frame and ensuring the accuracy of the same.
• Monitors the renewal of staff residence visas and labor cards of the staff and ensure those are processed and renewed on time without delay by the PRO.

Qualifications
