Exotic Colors by MAYSARi in Abu Dhabi is seeking an organized HR Assistant to support HR operations across the group. You will handle contracts, visas, licenses, payroll coordination, onboarding, and employee records while liaising with the PRO and finance teams.

The role requires attention to detail, tech-savviness, and up-to-date HR practices. You will assist with interviews, training sessions, and HR reporting in a collaborative environment, ensuring UAE labor law compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR administration and employee lifecycle processes.
• Familiarity with UAE labor laws and visa processes.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage employment-related processes (contracts, visas, licenses) with PRO.
• Coordinate internal HR inquiries and maintain employee records.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and reference checks.
