Job summary

Exotic Colors is seeking an HR Assistant focused on recruitment to support hiring across retail, office, warehouse and operational roles. You will handle job postings, candidate sourcing, CV screening, initial calls, interview coordination and maintain recruitment records.

You will maintain trackers, follow up with candidates, assist with offers, pre-joining checks and onboarding coordination, and provide HR administrative support as needed. UAE experience and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous recruitment experience in the UAE.
• Experience in job posting, sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
• Experience hiring retail, sales, office, or warehouse employees is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of UAE labour law, onboarding, and visa procedures.
• Good communication, negotiation, organization, and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Post vacancies on job portals and recruitment channels.
• Source and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial screening calls.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records.
• Follow up with candidates during the hiring process.
• Support offer preparation, pre-joining requirements and onboarding coordination.
• Assist with HR administrative tasks when required.
