Exotic Colors by MAYSARi in Abu Dhabi seeks a Logistics/Shipping Coordinator to manage freight quotations, book shipments, and arrange insurance for goods. The role also covers near-expiry stock management across locations and coordinating with the warehouse and retail teams.

Additionally, you will handle fuel expense submissions, pest control coordination, and monitor vehicle service schedules in the UAE, leveraging Zoho tools for billing and records.

Formación

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in freight/shipping coordination, logistics operations, or a similar multi-responsibility operations/admin role.
• Retail, FMCG, or trading company experience with regular import shipments (sea and/or air freight) is preferred.
• Prior exposure to fleet or facilities coordination and familiarity with UAE market and local providers.

Responsabilidades

• Contact shipping/freight companies to obtain quotations and book shipments; submit the shipping cost as a bill in the system.
• Arrange shipment insurance with the insurer and create corresponding insurance bills.
• Handle near-expiry items, coordinating with warehouse and retail teams.
• Submit fuel expenses for company vehicles and coordinate with service centers.
• Coordinate pest control for all locations and monitor vehicle servicing schedules.
