Job summary

Exotic Colors in Abu Dhabi is seeking an HR professional to support operations and administration across our sites. You will maintain accurate employee records, coordinate attendance, leave, and payroll inputs, and ensure compliant documentation.

The role requires 1–3 years of HR operations experience, a diploma or degree in HR, or related field, and proficiency with Microsoft Excel and HR systems (Zoho is a plus).

Qualifications

• 1–3 years HR operations or HR administration experience.
• Diploma or degree in Human Resources.
• Business Administration or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• Knowledge of UAE employment administration is advantageous.
• Ability to maintain accurate employee records, attendance, leave and payroll inputs.
• On-site work in Abu Dhabi; strong organizational and detail orientation.
• Professional English communication and interpersonal skills.
