Job summary

Al-Futtaim in the United Arab Emirates is seeking an HR Executive to support HRBP and store management with HR and administrative tasks, ensuring a smooth onboarding process, clear communication, and updated records. The role contributes to payroll oversight, staff scheduling, and employee engagement initiatives.

Responsibilities include onboarding, policy communication, HR administration, reporting, and collaboration on HR projects, audits, and vendor coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
• 3 to 4 years of experience in a similar HR Generalist role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and English language; SAP knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding: greet new joiners, issue induction pack, arrange access cards and onboarding materials.
• Policy and communication: share store policies and assist managers with policy implementation.
• HR administration: manage attendance, leaves, recruitment tracker, schedules, and store documentation.
• Reporting and analysis: consolidate payroll and leave reports; prepare KPI data and presentations.
• Engagement and development: organize employee events and support HR projects and audits.
• Support and compliance: assist audits, liaise with vendors, coordinate travel for emergencies.
