Job summary

Al-Futtaim is seeking an HR Executive to support the HRBP and store management with HR and administrative tasks, ensuring smooth onboarding, clear communications, updated records, and policy implementation in a dynamic retail environment.

You will assist with payroll oversight, staff scheduling, employee engagement, audits, and vendor coordination, collaborating with HRSS to ensure continuity across the business unit and a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
• 3 to 4 years of experience in an HR Generalist role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and good command of English.
• Preferred knowledge of SAP and country labor laws.

Responsibilities

• Support HRBP and store management with HR and administrative tasks.
• Coordinate onboarding, including induction packs and access cards.
• Maintain attendance records, payroll oversight, and staff planning.
• Communicate policies, answer employee queries, and assist audits.
• Coordinate with HRSS for continuity and cross-functional initiatives.
