You will manage a team, handle employee records, coordinate payroll, and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws. The ideal candidate has 4-6 years of HR experience, excellent communication skills, and a bachelor's degree in HR or Business Administration. Proficiency in Hindi is required. This full-time position offers an opportunity to contribute to a large workforce with over 1000 staff.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of HR operations experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Experience managing employee records, attendance, and leave systems.
• Experience coordinating payroll data with finance.
