Job summary

GRG is seeking an HR Operations Manager to lead HR service delivery across the UAE and select GCC markets. You will drive efficient operations, ensure legal compliance and deliver a superior employee experience.

The role requires strong HR governance, multi-country coordination and robust data reporting. You will partner with Finance, Legal and business leaders to optimize processes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

8–12 years of HR experience with strong operations exposure.
3+ years in a managerial or regional role across GCC.
Strong knowledge of UAE labour law and GCC practices.
Experience with payroll, HR systems, and compliance.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end HR operations across multiple GCC countries.
Oversee onboarding, transfers, promotions and offboarding processes.
Manage payroll inputs, benefits administration, leave and end-of-service processes.
Ensure compliance with UAE and GCC labour laws, policies and audits.
Support employee relations, disciplinary and grievance matters.
Maintain HRIS and employee data; generate HR reports and dashboards.
Oversee visa, work permit and immigration processes with relevant teams.
Standardise and improve HR processes, SOPs and service delivery.
Partner with HRBPs, Finance, Legal, Payroll and business leaders in the region.
