Job summary

Graystone Capital seeks an experienced HR Specialist to oversee the full HR function for its Dubai office. The role covers recruitment, contracts, visa processing, MOHRE/WPS compliance, onboarding, payroll coordination, and policy development.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of HR generalist experience, strong UAE Labour Law knowledge, and fluency in Arabic and English. CIPD/SHRM is preferred; experience in financial services is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of HR generalist experience, preferably within the UAE.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English (Arabic is mandatory).
• Strong understanding of UAE Labour Law, MOHRE regulations, WPS, and visa procedures.
• CIPD or SHRM certification is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviews, and offers.
• Prepare employment contracts and HR documentation in line with UAE Labour Law.
• Coordinate visa processing, Emirates ID, MOHRE, and medical insurance.
• Ensure compliance with MOHRE, WPS, and other statutory requirements.
• Oversee onboarding, employee records, attendance, and leave administration.
• Support monthly payroll activities and coordinate with Finance.
• Develop and update HR policies and employee handbook.
• Oversee performance management, training, and employee relations.
• Plan and implement employee engagement initiatives.
