Job summary

ADC is seeking an experienced HR Operations Specialist to manage end-to-end HR processes across the employee lifecycle in Dubai. You will support onboarding, transfers, promotions, offboarding, and maintain accurate records while ensuring policy compliance and data confidentiality.

You will coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, leave, and benefits with Finance, administer HRIS/ERP systems, and generate regular headcount and turnover reports.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of HR Operations or HR Administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.
• Excellent organizational and data confidentiality skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, transfers, promotions, and offboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, leave, and benefits with Finance.
• Administer HRIS/ERP systems and ensure data integrity.
• Prepare HR reports and dashboards on headcount, turnover, and analytics.
• Support visa/work permit processes and audits.
• Assist in performance management and contract renewals.
