Job summary

Confidential Company is seeking an experienced Payroll Management and HR Operations professional for our Dubai operations. You will oversee attendance verification, overtime calculation, payroll processing for a large blue-collar workforce, and compliance with local wage structures and statutory requirements.

The role also covers onboarding/offboarding, documentation, and grievance resolution to ensure smooth workforce operations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in HR/payroll operations for a large blue-collar workforce.
• Experience with biometric attendance software.
• Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and HRIS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Verify and reconcile daily timesheets and shift rosters.
• Calculate overtime, night differentials, hazard pay, and site allowances.
• Process end-to-end payroll for a high-volume blue-collar workforce.
• Ensure compliance with local wage structures and regulatory requirements (WPS, PF, ESIC, etc.).
• Calculate and process end-of-service benefits, gratuities, and final settlements.
• Onboarding & Offboarding coordination, documentation, and grievance resolution.
