• Customer service focused with strong communication, analytics and presentation skills.

• Provide end-to-end HR operations support across the employee lifecycle.
• Administer payroll processes, HR expenses, and vendor relationships.
• Manage leave administration and ensure requests align with policy and local requirements.
• Support benefits administration, including medical insurance and pensions.
• Coordinate medical insurance enrolments for employees and dependents.
• Prepare HR reports and analytics to support data-driven decisions.
