You will develop HR policies, coordinate training, conduct audits for compliance, handle employee relations with confidentiality, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on HR initiatives to support growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• 1–7 years HR operations experience.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and performance management.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to enhance employee experience and organizational effectiveness.
