Job summary

aqary investement and development in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced HR Generalist to manage the full HR lifecycle from recruitment to termination. You will handle onboarding, contracts, attendance, payroll coordination, and HR reporting in a fast-growing company.

The role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency with HRMS, and the ability to work independently across multiple tasks while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with local regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience across all HR functions.
• Recruitment & Talent Acquisition experience.
• Leave Management experience.
• Employee Relations & Performance Management experience.
• Ability to prepare employment contracts and offer letters.
• HRMS proficiency and confidential data handling.

Responsibilities

• Manage HR operations from recruitment to termination.
• Oversee full recruitment cycle: posting, screening, interviews, offers.
• Onboard new hires; maintain personnel files and contracts.
• Monitor attendance, hours, leaves, absences, lateness.
• Prepare payroll data; coordinate with Finance.
• Track probation periods and KPIs; support performance reviews.
• Handle employee complaints and disciplinary actions.
• Develop and update HR policies and procedures.
• Prepare monthly HR reports on employees, recruitment, attendance, payroll.
• Manage resignations and final settlements; update HRMS data.
• Maintain confidentiality and organize employee documents.
