Job summary

Deliveroo is hiring a People Services Advisor for the Middle East on a 6-month FTC, based in Dubai with a hybrid work model (3 days in office, 2 remote). You will deliver first-line HR support and administration to employees across the UAE and Kuwait, handling onboarding, visa support, payroll input, and data changes in Workday.

The role requires UAE Labour Law knowledge, visa management experience, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR administration or People Services, preferably in UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law under MOHRE and visa/sponsorship processes.
• Experience using Workday or similar HRIS for data processing.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to prioritize multi-channel queries.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line HR support and administration to employees and managers across UAE & Kuwait.
• Manage onboarding, visa support, insurance, and core data changes in Workday; assist with payroll preparation and documentation.
• Coordinate regional visa applications, renewals, and compliance with immigration requirements.
• Ensure compliance with UAE and Kuwait Labour Laws and company policies across processes.
• Identify opportunities to simplify HR procedures and enable data-driven decisions with people analytics dashboards.
