Job summary

White & Case LLP in Dubai seeks a fixed-term HR professional to join the Middle East People Team. You will support recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and mobility across six offices, partnering with the Head of HR and HR Manager to deliver HR services throughout the employee lifecycle.

You will advise on policy, manage performance processes, support visa applications and data management, and contribute to global HR projects while upholding local labour law requirements.

Qualifications

• CIPD qualification (full or part) or equivalent advantageous.
• Professional services background; experience in a global law firm working with fee-earning populations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR advisory support to the Middle East offices on policy, performance, and employee relations.
• Partner with the HR Manager and Head of HR to deliver HR services across the employee lifecycle.
• Support recruitment, induction, onboarding, visas and mobility for joiners and secondments.
• Lead or participate in HR projects and programs, maintain data accuracy and HR reporting.
• Interpret labor laws and ensure compliant application of HR policies.
