Elvaya is seeking an experienced HR leader to develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that align with business goals in the UAE. You will oversee talent acquisition, ensuring attraction and retention of top talent through innovative sourcing and selection methods.

The role emphasizes employee relations, fostering a positive workplace culture, and designing robust training programs to enhance skills and drive organizational performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a managerial role within a medium to large organization.
• Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) to validate expertise in human resources practices and principles.
• Experience in a specific industry (e.g., technology, healthcare, manufacturing) to bring relevant insights and best practices.
