This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1200. The successful candidate must have excellent leadership and communication skills as well as extensive experience in human resources management. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, benefits, training, and payroll. The HR Manager will be responsible for developing new policies and procedures to ensure that the organization is compliant with all applicable employment laws, as well as overseeing the day-to-day operations of the department. They will be responsible for developing strategies to attract and retain a high-performing workforce, managing employee relations issues, recruiting new employees, conducting performance reviews, providing guidance on personnel matters, and ensuring that all payroll processes are accurate and timely.
