Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Abu‑Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Human Resources department and ensuring the efficient management of its day‑to‑day operations. This role requires excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work with diverse groups of people.

The HR Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing HR solutions, policies, and processes that support the organization’s objectives. Responsibilities include managing employee relations, recruitment, payroll, personnel records, compensation and benefits packages, employee development programs, and compliance with applicable laws. The HR Manager will also provide strategic guidance to senior management on human resources matters.

The successful candidate must have a degree or diploma in Business or Human Resources Management; at least 5 years of experience in a similar role; excellent communication skills; strong problem‑solving skills; and knowledge of current labor legislation in Abu Dhabi. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus but not required.

This is a full‑time position offering a competitive salary of 1100 AED per month plus benefits. We are also willing to consider applicants from other countries who are willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi.
