HR manager vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE

We are currently seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of duties related to Human Resources, including recruitment, onboarding new staff, training and development, and employee relations.

The role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills as the HR Manager will be responsible for interacting with all levels of staff. The successful candidate must also have strong problem-solving abilities in order to deal with any HR related issues that may arise. Knowledge of UAE labor law is required for this role, as well as experience managing employee records and personnel files.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, although we are willing to consider an immigrant who does not have an academic qualification if they can demonstrate relevant work experience in the field. We understand that experience is not always key when it comes to finding the right person for the job and are therefore open to considering those candidates who do not necessarily have extensive experience in human resources management but can prove they are capable of performing the duties associated with this role.

This is a full-time position with a salary of 1,100 AED per month.
