Job summary

Independent Recruitment Consultant (freelancer) in United Arab Emirates (Dubai) seeks an experienced Senior HR Senior Recruitment Manager to lead a recruitment team and oversee end-to-end hiring across multiple vacancies. You will set targets, monitor performance, screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with management to ensure timely placements.

Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–7 years of HR recruitment experience with strong recruitment background.
• Proven experience leading a team of 4–6 recruiters.
• Experience with end-to-end and bulk recruitment, CV screening, interviewing and hiring coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and monitor a team of 4–6 recruiters.
• Set and monitor daily, weekly and monthly recruitment targets.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions.
• Screen CVs according to approved JDs and hiring requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate interviews and evaluate candidates.
• Ensure recruiters follow proper screening and recruitment SOPs.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, agencies and other channels.
• Coordinate candidate interviews with management and respective departments.
• Manage candidate follow-ups from initial screening until joining.
• Monitor offer acceptance, joining status and candidate dropouts.
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly and monthly recruitment reports.
• Track recruiter-wise performance and improve team productivity.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate database and recruitment pipeline.
• Coordinate with management regarding manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
• Develop new sourcing strategies and improve the overall recruitment process.

We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Senior Recruitment Manager to lead our recruitment team and manage end-to-end hiring activities

The ideal candidate should have strong recruitment experience and proven experience in leading a team of 46 recruiters

Key Responsibilities

• Lead manage and monitor a team of 4 6 recruiters
• Set and monitor daily weekly and monthly recruitment targets
• Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions
• Screen CVs according to approved JDs and hiring requirements
• Conduct initial candidate interviews and evaluate candidates
