Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking an HR Manager in the UAE to oversee HR operations, talent acquisition for high-volume hires, and HRIS implementation in a fast-paced ecommerce environment.

The role focuses on employee engagement, policy development under UAE Labour Law, and partnering with leaders on growth and workforce planning to drive data-driven HR decisions.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years HR experience in the e-commerce/online retail industry
• Strong experience in HR operations and talent acquisition
• Exposure to HRIS and process automation
• Good understanding of UAE Labour Law
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and employee lifecycle
• Lead talent acquisition for high-volume hiring (warehouse, logistics, customer support, tech roles)
• Implement and manage HRIS systems (Workday/SAP/SuccessFactors preferred)
• Drive employee engagement, retention strategies, and performance management processes
• Develop and implement HR policies in line with UAE Labour Law
• Partner with business leaders to support organizational growth and workforce planning
• Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven insights for decision-making
• Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary processes
