Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking an experienced HR Manager – Retail & F&B to lead HR operations across multiple sites in the UAE. You will drive workforce planning, talent acquisition, payroll, and employee relations in a fast-paced retail environment. The role requires strong UAE Labour Law knowledge, hands-on experience, and the ability to align HR programs with business goals.

Onsite, senior-level with 5–10 years of experience. Bachelor's degree, CIPD/SHRM preferred; MBA is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• CIPD or SHRM certification preferred; MBA is an advantage.
• 5–10 years HR experience in retail, F&B, FMCG, or multi-site operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business priorities.
• Manage high‑volume recruitment for frontline to management roles.
• Oversee payroll, compensation & benefits, workforce planning, and HR budgets.
• Ensure UAE Labour Law, MOHRE compliance, visas and terminations.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary cases, and investigations.
• Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Lead performance management and KPI alignment with business objectives.
• Oversee HRIS, analytics, headcount, turnover, and labor-cost reporting.
• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle from onboarding to final settlement.
• Support manpower planning for new outlets and expansion.

Role Overview The HR Manager will lead HR operations across a multi-site Retail and F&B business, ensuring effective workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and cost control. The role requires strong UAE Labour Law knowledge and hands‑on experience in fast‑paced operational environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business and operational priorities.
• Manage high‑volume recruitment for frontline, supervisory, and management roles.
• Oversee payroll, compensation & benefits, workforce planning, and HR budgets.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, MOHRE regulations, visas, contracts, and terminations.
• Manage employee relations, grievances, disciplinary cases, and investigations.
• Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Lead performance management and KPI alignment with business objectives.
• Manage HRIS, HR analytics, headcount, turnover, and labor‑cost reporting.
• Oversee the full employee lifecycle from onboarding through final settlement.
• Support manpower planning for new outlets and business expansion.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• CIPD or SHRM certification preferred; MBA is an advantage.
• 5–10 years of HR experience, preferably within Retail, F&B, FMCG, or multi‑site operations.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, MOHRE, Emiratisation/Nafis, visa processes, and gratuity.
• Strong experience in recruitment, employee relations, compensation & benefits, and performance management.
• Proficiency in Excel, HRIS, and HR analytics.
• Strong commercial understanding of labor cost, productivity, and P&L impact.
• Professional English required; Arabic or Hindi/Urdu is an advantage.
