Job summary

Regal Traders LLC in the United Arab Emirates is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the full HR function across multi-location operations. You will align HR strategies with business objectives, oversee recruitment, payroll, compliance, and employee documentation, and foster a professional, performance-driven culture.

The role requires UAE Labour Law expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to develop dashboards and reports for senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Master’s degree or professional HR certification is an advantage.
• Minimum 8–10 years of progressive HR experience with leadership exposure.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, payroll, and employee documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, SOPs, and workforce plans.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and manpower planning.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflicts.
• Lead performance management, appraisals, KPIs, and improvement plans.
• Oversee compensation, benefits, payroll inputs, and cost control.
• Drive training, engagement, retention, and succession initiatives.
• Ensure UAE Labour Law compliance and proper employee documentation.
• Oversee visas, labour contracts, Emirates IDs, insurance, and HR records.
• Prepare HR dashboards and workforce analytics for management.

bout the Role Regal Traders LLC is seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead the complete Human Resources function across our multi-location business operations. The successful candidate will work closely with the CEO and senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives, strengthen workforce performance, maintain UAE Labour Law compliance, and build a professional and performance-driven workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, SOPs, and workforce plans.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, selection, onboarding, and manpower planning.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace conflicts.
• Lead performance management, appraisals, KPIs, and improvement plans.
• Manage compensation, benefits, payroll inputs, and manpower-cost control.
• Develop employee training, engagement, retention, and succession initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and employee-documentation requirements.
• Oversee visas, labour contracts, Emirates IDs, insurance, and HR records.
• Manage HR operations across multiple departments and business locations.
• Prepare HR dashboards, workforce analytics, and strategic reports for management.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.Master’s degree or professional certification such as CIPD, SHRM, or HRCI is an advantage.Minimum 8–10 years of progressive HR experience, including 3–5 years in a managerial or leadership role.UAE HR-management experience is mandatory.Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, payroll, HR compliance, visas, labour contracts, and employee documentation.Experience in retail, fashion, textile, wholesale, hospitality, trading, or another multi-location business is highly preferred.Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training, and workforce planning.Proficiency in HRMS, payroll and attendance systems, Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Strong leadership, communication, analytical, decision-making, and reporting skills.High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
