Job summary

Selected Recruitment Ltd is seeking a People & Culture Manager in Dubai to oversee day-to-day HR operations and the full employee lifecycle, including visas and payroll coordination with Finance. You will lead recruitment, advise on employee relations, and drive culture initiatives while ensuring compliance with UAE labour law and governance standards.

The role requires 7–10 years of progressive HR experience, strong HRIS/HRMS and Excel skills, and a UAE-focused background.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of progressive HR experience, incl. 2–3 years in a UAE managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labour law and HR operations.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS/HRMS and solid Excel/reporting skills.
• Bachelor's degree in HR; CIPD/SHRM or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in professional services, corporate services or free zone environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the HRIS, improve processes and produce HR reports and dashboards for management
• Keep HR practices compliant with UAE labour law and internal governance standards

What we are looking for

• 7 to 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 to 3 years in a managerial role in the UAE
• Strong, practical knowledge of UAE labour law and HR operations
• Hands-on experience with HRIS/HRMS platforms and strong Excel and reporting skills
• A Bachelor's degree in HR; CIPD, SHRM or equivalent preferred
• Sound judgement, discretion and a people-centric approach
• Experience in professional services, corporate services or free zone environments is a strong advantage
