Job summary

Al-Futtaim is seeking an HR Executive to support HRBP and store management with HR and administrative tasks in Abu Dhabi. You will help ensure a smooth onboarding process, maintain clear communication and records, and assist with HR policies and procedures.

The role involves payroll oversight, staff scheduling coordination, and driving employee engagement initiatives. You will liaise with the HRSS team to ensure continuity across the business unit, contribute to audits, and support

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
• 3 to 4 years of experience as an HR Generalist.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and a good command of English.
• Preferred knowledge of SAP and country labor laws.
• Capable of planning, organizing, and implementing tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding: Meet & greet new joiners, ensure induction pack and admin materials are provided, badges, uniforms, access cards, fingerprint registration.
• Policy and Communication: Communicate store policies and internal announcements, assist managers with policy implementation, respond to employee queries with HRBP support.
• HR Administration: Collect company property, maintain attendance, leave, recruitment tracker, and turnover records, ensure accurate staff schedules with planning specialist, provide HR/admin support to store management, archive documents.
• Reporting and Analysis: Consolidate payroll and leave reports, produce KPI reports, prepare PowerPoint presentations for meetings.
• Engagement and Development: Organize employee engagement activities, conduct focus groups, support I-Conduct plan, collaborate on HR projects to align with strategy.
• Support and Compliance: Assist audits, negotiate with vendors for office supplies, coordinate travel and emergency leave arrangements.
