Job summary

Aqary Real Estate Investment And Development is seeking a highly organized HR Generalist to oversee the full employee lifecycle within our Abu Dhabi operations.

You will manage recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, attendance, and performance processes, while ensuring confidential handling of records and compliant HR policies. This role requires independent work ethic and strong multitasking across HR functions.

Qualifications

• Strong practical experience across all HR functions.
• Experience in Recruitment & Talent Acquisition.
• Experience in Leave Management.
• Experience in Employee Relations & Performance Management.
• Proficiency in using HRMS and payroll coordination.
• Ability to prepare employment contracts, offer letters, HR letters, and warnings.

Responsibilities

• Manage all HR operations from recruitment through employee termination.
• Handle the complete recruitment cycle: job posting, CV screening, interviews, candidate selection, and issuing offer letters.
• Manage new employee onboarding, personnel files, and employment contracts.
• Monitor attendance, working hours, leaves, absences, and lateness.
• Prepare and review payroll data and coordinate with the Finance Department.
• Monitor probation periods, employee performance, and KPIs.
• Handle employee complaints, workplace issues, and disciplinary actions.
• Develop and update HR policies and procedures.
• Prepare monthly HR reports covering employees, recruitment, attendance, and payroll.
• Manage resignations, employee termination, and final settlements.
• Manage and update employee data in the HRMS.
• Ensure all employee files and documents are properly organized and kept confidential.
• Support management in developing and improving HR processes.
