Expert Properties in Dubai is seeking an HR Executive to lead people operations with a strategic mindset and ensure UAE labour law compliance. You will manage full lifecycle HR for the real estate team in Business Bay, from recruitment to payroll and HR policies.

The role requires 2+ years UAE HR experience in real estate, UAE residency, and strong headhunting, payroll coordination, and employee relations. A dynamic, compliant professional will thrive here.

Qualifications

• 2+ years UAE-based HR experience in real estate brokerage.
• Must be a current UAE Resident.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and statutory compliance.
• Experience in headhunting for commission-based sales roles.
• Proficiency in HR management and HR operations.

• Lead the hiring cycle for Property Consultants, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Ensure all contracts and operations align with the 2026 UAE Labor Law updates.
• Act as the first point of contact for staff grievances, performance management, and culture-building.
• Manage payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management via HR systems.
• Oversee confidential information with professionalism and integrity; RERA card applications and renewals for the sales team.

Expert Properties is looking for a process-driven HR Executive to lead our people operations in the heart of Business Bay. We aren't just looking for an administrator; we need a strategic partner who can manage the full lifecycle of high-performing real estate talent while ensuring 100% compliance with the latest UAE labor standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the hiring cycle for Property Consultants, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Ensure all contracts and operations align with the 2026 UAE Labor Law updates.
• Act as the first point of contact for staff grievances, performance management, and culture-building.
• Manage payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management via HR systems.
• Oversee the administrative side of RERA card applications and renewals for the sales team.
• Handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of UAE-based HR experience within a Real Estate Brokerage.
• Must be a current UAE Resident
• Strong "headhunting" ability for commission-based sales roles.
• Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations
• Strong skills in Employee Relations and HR Policies
• Sound knowledge of the local Labor Law and statutory compliance
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple HR functions and work in a dynamic environment
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
