Job summary

Rajha Real Estate Brokers LLC in Dubai is seeking a strong and experienced HR professional to join our growing team. The role focuses on UAE real estate HR practices, recruitment of brokers, and daily HR duties.

You will manage everything from sourcing to onboarding, conduct interviews, handle employee records, and implement HR policies. Freshers or non-real estate HR candidates are not eligible to apply. Location: Dubai, UAE; Employment Type: Full-Time.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of UAE Real Estate HR experience.
• Strong experience in recruiting and hiring real estate brokers.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of UAE Real Estate HR experience – REQUIRED
• Strong experience in recruiting and hiring real estate brokers
• Proven ability to identify qualified and high-potential candidates
• Strong knowledge of UAE HR practices and employment procedures
• Excellent communication and people-management skills
• Strong, confident, proactive, and target-oriented personality
• Ability to manage recruitment, employee relations, and daily HR duties

Key Responsibilities:
