Job summary

Bab Al Shams Desert Resort in Dubai is seeking an HR Executive to drive data-driven HR analytics, onboarding, payroll, and lifecycle management. You will maintain accurate HR data, prepare workforce reports, and ensure timely payroll support in a hospitality setting.

You will partner with HR and operations to optimise processes, support recruitment, and continuously improve employee experiences while safeguarding confidentiality and high service standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 2–4 years HR experience, hospitality preferred.
• Strong Excel, HR reporting, and data analytics skills.
• Experience with HRIS, Time & Attendance, and payroll systems; knowledge of SuccessFactors is a plus.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive with a data-driven approach to HR and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate HR data and employee records across HR systems and trackers.
• Prepare regular HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics covering headcount, turnover, absenteeism, leave, recruitment, and employee movements.
• Analyse HR data and provide insights to support management decisions.
• Manage Time & Attendance records, attendance, leave, overtime, and discrepancies.
• Support the monthly payroll process with timely submission of attendance, leave, overtime, and data.
• Coordinate end-to-end onboarding: pre-employment docs, joining, induction, records.
• Support recruitment activities including CV screening, interview coordination, offers, and tracking.
• Maintain onboarding trackers and provide status updates.
• Support employee engagement, welfare, and HR initiatives across the property.
• Ensure HR data supports payroll audits and other requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes through digitalisation and automation.
