Job summary

Kerzner International, on behalf of Bab Al Shams Desert Resort in Dubai, seeks an Assistant Human Resources Manager to support recruitment, payroll coordination, and HR administration while ensuring compliance with UAE Labour Law and brand standards.

You will help implement HR strategy, manage onboarding and employee relations, and partner with cross‑property teams to foster a positive workplace culture and exceptional hospitality service.

Qualifications

• Higher Degree in Hotel & Hospitality Management or Human Resources.
• Minimum 2 years of hospitality experience (operational or support).
• Knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR policies.
• Experience setting up an HR department and managing HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment, payroll coordination, and HR administration.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, labor law, and brand standards.
• Assist in developing and driving the HR strategy.
