Job summary

Reflections Hotel Dubai seeks a Human Resources Manager to lead workforce management and HR operations at the Al Jadaf property. You will direct onboarding, policy compliance, personnel records, conflict resolution, and staffing support in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Reporting to senior management, you will drive recruitment, staff engagement, and HR process improvements while maintaining confidentiality and regulatory standards across all departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven HR management experience within the hospitality sector.
• Proficiency in HR administration and employee relations.
• Immediate availability (10–15 days).

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day HR administrative operations, policy enforcement, and record keeping.
• Direct recruitment drives, initial candidate screening, onboarding processes, and staff integration.
• Manage staff relations, resolving workplace inquiries and facilitating positive employee engagement.
• Maintain confidential employee documentation, operational files, and internal HR databases.
• Collaborate with executive management on workforce planning, headcount management, and operational staffing needs.
